Generic policy for all apps
This policy covers iOS apps published by Jerome Bei, including Circontrol Charger and PixPrune. The apps do not require an account with us, do not include advertising, and do not sell personal information.
Each app processes the information needed to provide its own features. Data handled by Apple, including App Store, installation, crash, diagnostic, and purchase information, is processed according to Apple’s policies and your device settings.
Support requests
If you contact support through this website, we collect the app you select, your name, email address, subject, and message. We use that information only to respond to your request, handle feedback, investigate reported issues, and protect the support service from abuse.
Support messages may be retained as long as needed to respond to you and maintain support history.
Children
The apps are not directed to children and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when app functionality, support handling, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
Circontrol Charger specific policy
Circontrol Charger is an independent iOS app for network-connected Circontrol eHome 5 EV chargers. The app is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, or supported by Circontrol. Compatibility depends on the charger local API and may change with future charger firmware or product changes.
The app stores the charger URL, username, and password you enter so it can connect to your charger. These settings are stored on your device.
The app reads charger information from the charger API, such as connection status, charging status, current, power, session energy, current limits, socket state, and schedules. Charger credentials and charger data are used only to provide app functionality. The app does not send charger credentials or charger data to our servers; communication is between your iPhone and the charger URL you configure.
PixPrune specific policy
PixPrune scans your photo library to find exact duplicates and similar photos, estimate recoverable space, show review thumbnails, and delete selected photos after confirmation.
The app requests photo library access for scanning and cleanup. Local originals are compared directly. iCloud photos use available thumbnails without downloading originals. Development builds may include a seed command that can add test photos when used by the developer.
Photo library data is used only for the app’s duplicate and similarity features. PixPrune does not require an account with us, does not include advertising, and does not sell personal information.
